Here’s a link to my Q&A with Jose Li,  CEO and founder of 71Lbs, a company that helps small businesses collect money-back, on-time guarantees made by shipping giants such as FedEx and UPS. I interviewed him as he went through the three-month-long Chicago-based accelerator Excelerate Labs.
